Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Production time. Most orders are printed in 3 to 5 business days. That clock starts once your order is placed and your artwork is approved. Large or custom jobs can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if yours will.

Proofs. Every order gets a free digital proof with up to 3 free revisions. Nothing goes to print until you approve it, and your production time starts once your proof is approved.

Where we ship from. Every order is printed and shipped from our shop at 4160 Morgan Rd, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197.

Delivery. Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

International orders. We ship to select countries outside the US. International shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. Any duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking. When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Damaged or lost packages. If your order shows up damaged or doesn't arrive, reach out right away at orders@printingfusion.com or 734.961.6940. Send a photo if anything is damaged and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
